Vegetarian Breakfast

Vegetarian breakfast with various fruit would be better than a constantly eating meat

Accustomed to eating meat will add weight and increase in cholesterol, get used to a healthy lifestyle with a little less meat and add foods that contain lots of fiber k life to smooth blood circulation in the body, Vegetarian is the solution for a healthier life.

Couscous makes a quick and easy vegetarian or vegan breakfast alternative to processed cereal or if you’re bored of oatmeal. Try this filling and satisfying orange and banana couscous for breakfast. It’s also virtually fat-free!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • cinnamon and nutmeg, to taste
  • maple syrup, to taste

Preparation:

Heat water and orange juice until almost boiling in a small saucepan. Add couscous, cover, and turn off heat.

Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes, until couscous is soft.

Add in sliced banana, and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg, and drizzle with just a touch of maple syrup.
